IT Manager (HRIS)

IT Manager (HRIS): Leads and coaches a team of HRIS specialists to drive Agile ways of working and ensure operational excellence in system delivery and lifecycle management with an accent on team development, continuous improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on optimizing HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM, alongside ensuring data quality, privacy, and security in compliance with GDPR.

Location: Hybrid in Krakow, Poland (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the HRIS team, fostering Agile, customer-focused behaviors.
• Drive continuous improvement, remove operational impediments, and support value-stream flow.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with HR, IT, Security, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee service delivery, financial planning, and supplier management for HRIS platforms.
• Optimize total cost of ownership and ensure system lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT management experience leading high-performing teams.
• 5+ years managing HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar), including implementation, operations, and optimization.
• Certified SAFe Agilist with 3+ years applying SAFe in practice.
• Experience in HR data management, reporting/analytics, and integrations.
• Strong IT financial and supplier management experience.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and security requirements for HR data.
• Strong communication skills.
