What you will do

• Lead and scale the Product Security team.
• Build systems and controls to keep hirify.global products, the AI Data Cloud, and customer data secure.
• Maintain and improve the security posture of cloud and production environments.
• Develop modern techniques to protect agentic and other AI workloads against novel threats.
• Utilize AI tools and models to secure hirify.global products and infrastructure.
• Perform deep security engineering, architecture design, and penetration testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of people management experience, leading software and/or security engineers.
• 12+ years of hands-on software engineering and security experience.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully recruiting and leading technical teams.
• Rock-solid engineering fundamentals and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Outstanding written and verbal English language skills are necessary.
