What you will do

• Originate, shape, and sell consulting and delivery engagements in life sciences commercial teams (UK & Global).
• Build and grow executive relationships across marketing, commercial, digital, sales, and patient services leadership.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver brand growth, digital acceleration, marketing technology, and AI enablement programmes.
• Co-create modern brand and content strategies, collaborating with creative and marketing operations specialists.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, learning and development, and business development activities.

Requirements

• UK-based with availability for travel.
• 10-15+ years experience in commercial pharma or medtech, including leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record in brand strategy, portfolio planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience delivering AI use cases in commercial settings, including GenAI content operations and ML/NLP insights.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU compliance frameworks and global promotional governance.

Nice to have

• Experience with specialty care, oncology, rare diseases, vaccines, or cell & gene therapies.
