TL;DR

Business Analyst (Communication Platform): Designing and automating communication policies for a high-load internal platform with an accent on process automation, Admin UI evolution, and analytics development. Focus on eliminating single points of failure, reducing manual overrides, and scaling platform throughput.

Location: Flexible work from one of our offices or remote worldwide. Relocation support is offered to Mexico, Cyprus, Serbia, or Georgia.

What you will do

  • Design and automate communication policies to ensure consistent and scalable decision-making.
  • Reduce manual overrides and eliminate campaign conflicts or quality degradation.
  • Own and evolve the Admin UI as a self-service product for business and operations.
  • Define and maintain the roadmap for internal communication tooling.
  • Develop analytics, logging, and observability capabilities across the platform.
  • Improve incident investigation processes and reduce MTTR.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in high-load or platform environments.
  • Experience working with communication platforms or campaign management systems.
  • Strong system analysis skills and experience in process automation.
  • Experience defining requirements for internal tools or admin interfaces.
  • Understanding of observability, logging, and incident management principles.
  • Fluent English (B2+).

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling internal platforms supporting rapid business growth.
  • Background in SLA-driven environments.
  • Experience implementing automation policies or rule engines.
  • Exposure to incident ownership and post-mortem frameworks.
