What you will do

• Define and optimize annual pricing programs and monetization models across products, customer segments, and markets.
• Partner with General Managers to align pricing strategies with product roadmaps and feature functionality.
• Drive business case discussions and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams.
• Develop subject matter expertise on competitive pricing practices, trends, and their business impact.
• Influence GMs and executives on monetization opportunities for all products to promote ARR.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Pricing, SaaS Monetization, Management Consulting, or Finance.
• Proven ability to combine business and technical skills for clear deliverables.
• Adaptability in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities and limited structure.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization experience.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, PowerBI, Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
• Experience using AI and AI-related technologies is required.
