Salary: $29.23/hr - $32.88/hr

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for hirify.global employees needing technical help with hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade PCs, operating systems, and standard business applications.
• Respond to inquiries by researching available information and escalating issues as needed.
• Adhere to help desk procedures and meticulously log all interactions in the ticketing system.

Requirements

• Associate degree in computer science, IT, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of IT experience.
• Knowledge of basic networking.
• Experience with mobile device setup and usage.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Office 365.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Understanding of Active Directory structure.
