TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer Intern: Supporting enterprise customers by resolving technical issues and answering technical questions in security, operations, asset management, and risk management with an accent on customer satisfaction and timely resolution. Focus on contributing to triaging efforts, conducting root cause analysis, and assisting with platform/module upgrades for live production implementations.

Location: Hybrid in Addison, TX, Emeryville, CA, or Bellevue, WA. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future.

Salary: $27–$30 per hour

What you will do

  • Work with a mentor on real-world customer problems in security, operations, asset, and risk management.
  • Contribute to triaging technical issues and conducting root cause analysis on live production implementations.
  • Support efforts related to security (Forensics, Cyber Threat Intelligence), operations (Compliance, Vulnerability Scanning), and general automation.
  • Assist customers with hirify.global platform and module upgrades.
  • Shape, execute, and deliver special projects impacting customers.
  • Acquire deep understanding of product technology and documentation best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future.
  • Available to work full-time from June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026.
  • Some experience with endpoints, networking, operating systems, or servers.
  • Passion for creating an amazing customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently with good judgment and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • IT Helpdesk experience.
