What you will do

• Provide support to partners and their clients, addressing requests and inquiries.
• Answer questions about Partner Billing, including direct deposit, revenue share, and more.
• Utilize internal resources to resolve complex technical and billing issues, including escalation channels.
• Record and track defects and feature requests, communicating concerns shared by partners and their clients.
• Participate in team meetings and development sessions to build skills and drive improvements.
• Provide feedback on processes and our product to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

• Dependable: 12+ months in a support or professional services role without corrective action and 80% attendance or better.
• TechSavvy: Knowledge of computer basics and troubleshooting.
• A People Person: Ability to make connections with others.
• Customer Centric: Willingness to go above and beyond to delight the customer.
• A Master Multitasker: Ability to speak with customers, review materials, and navigate knowledge base simultaneously.
