What you will do

• Provide best-in-class support to partners and their clients.
• Answer questions about partner billing, including direct deposit and revenue share.
• Utilize internal resources to resolve complex technical and billing issues.
• Record and track defects and feature requests, communicating product concerns.
• Actively participate in team meetings and development sessions.
• Provide feedback on processes and products.

Requirements

• 12+ months in a support or professional services role with 80%+ attendance.
• Proficiency with computers, including web navigation and smartphone troubleshooting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others.
• Customer-centric approach, aiming to delight customers.
• Ability to multitask (speaking with customers, reviewing materials, navigating knowledge base simultaneously).
• Superior verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
