Salary: $120,000.00 – $170,000.00

What you will do

• Create and execute project work plans to meet changing client needs and requirements.
• Oversee and support customized RPO solutions for a global leader in medical technology.
• Manage day-to-day client interaction, set expectations, and identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate recruiting teams, define individual and team metrics, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Prepare and participate in project reviews with clients and senior management, escalating and resolving issues timely.
• Identify business development and add-on sales opportunities related to the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience in talent acquisition.
• Ten years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience leading recruiting teams.
• Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.
• Familiarity with SLA’s/SOW requirements and Human Resource laws and functions.
• Ability to analyze complex data, develop sound recommendations, and communicate persuasively with clients.
