Senior Recruiter (FMCG)

TL;DR

Senior Recruiter (FMCG): Managing the end-to-end recruitment process and being a subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness. Focus on direct sourcing, diversity, and developing strong stakeholder relationships in the FMCG industries across SG & AUS.

Location: Hybrid in Singapore (Harbourfront/Keppel Bay). Must be able to commute to the office at least 3 times a week. Hiring experience across Singapore & Australia required.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for key business areas with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity.
• Develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers to ensure maximum successful output.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Utilize direct sourcing tools to build quality candidate pipelines and talent pools.
• Champion recruitment best practices and deliver on overall service delivery targets.
• Provide market insights, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks to hiring managers.
• Maintain critical metrics and provide high data integrity within reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a similar recruitment role within an RPO or internal global organization.
• Prior experience in hiring for Corporate Functions across Singapore & Australia within the FMCG industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on process innovation.
• Experience in developing and executing sourcing methodologies (market mapping, Boolean searches).
• Ability to commute to the office in Harbourfront at least 3 times a week.
• Able to commit to a 6-month contract.
