What you will do

• Manage and support Viva Engage communities (including Champions and internal AI) and moderate key channels (Teams, GENAI mailbox, Viva Engage).
• Translate AI updates into engaging messages and assets (FAQs, playbooks, quick-start guides, intranet/newsletter content, leader talking points).
• Coordinate onboarding and “getting started” sessions, support learning journeys with L&D/SMEs, and schedule enablement events.
• Maintain and refresh the KF GenAI Center SharePoint and enablement repositories.
• Track participation and communications performance; generate weekly reports and iterate based on insight and feedback.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in communications, community or social media management, learning enablement, project management or similar.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Coordination/project management capability and strong collaboration skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; proactive, hands-on, and continuously improving.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g. Chat GPT, Copilot) and a clear passion for learning and experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI or broader technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with HR/L&D and internal communications.
• Some level of design skills (PowerPoint, Canva).
