What you will do

• Act as the primary local representative for hirify.global, building relationships with local authorities, MPs, and community leaders.
• Design and deliver a structured community engagement program, including public meetings and consultations.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of local community concerns and manage enquiries or emerging issues.
• Work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure community considerations are embedded in project delivery.
• Develop and communicate the local economic and community impact of projects, including job creation and supply chain opportunities.
• Provide briefings to senior leadership on the local political and community environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Finland.
• 3–8 years of experience in community engagement, public affairs, or local government.
• Strong understanding of local decision-making structures and community engagement processes.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex projects clearly.
• Experience working in politically sensitive or regulated environments.
