What you will do
- Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and travel arrangements independently.
- Prioritize, triage, and draft email responses, flagging key messages.
- Coordinate hiring processes for leadership roles handled by the CEO.
- Prepare briefing notes, background summaries, and context for key meetings.
- Search, analyze, and extract actionable information regarding technology and language market dynamics and competitor landscape.
- Manage and contribute to special projects as needed, and support personal administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C1), both spoken and written.
- 1+ years of prior experience in a similar administrative role.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in G-suite tools, including Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Gmail.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- High discretion, loyalty, and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and self-managing in a highly intense startup environment.
- Ability to work in the EST timezone.

- Experience with Greenhouse, Slack, Notion, and Miro.
