What you will do

  • Provide strategic administrative support to the SVP, Customer Success – EMEA.
  • Manage complex calendars and anticipate priorities across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Coordinate executive participation in customer meetings and act as a liaison with regional teams.
  • Handle confidential information and draft correspondence and presentations on behalf of the SVP.
  • Track action items, manage expenses, and coordinate international travel and events across EMEA.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and assist with special projects for the EMEA Customer Success organization.

Requirements

  • Significant experience supporting senior executives (SVP, VP, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to manage complexity across regions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; English: C1+ required.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and trust.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Customer Success, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Familiarity with EMEA business practices and cultural nuances.
  • Advanced proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Multilingual with preference for Spanish/German.
