What you will do
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing calendars, meetings, and travel.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for the leadership team.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, coordinating logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, blending executive support, sales analysis, and/or marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel or Salesforce.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
