Compensation: $139,000–$182,700

What you will do

• Build, implement, and manage critical enablement programs for the sales organization.
• Define, develop, and execute the Global SE Enablement plan.
• Collaborate with Global SE Onboarding team to refine everboarding programs.
• Establish strategic partnerships with internal and cross-functional SMEs.
• Share content and artifacts to improve scale and reduce redundant work.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software, solution engineering, and data enablement.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Deep technical expertise in database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and delivering enablement programs.
• Ability to lead through influence and manage competing priorities.
• Business-level English required and Fluent Japanese required.
