What you will do
- Develop and own the omnichannel CRM strategy across email and push notifications.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation workflows, user segmentation, lifecycle logic, and personalization.
- Execute end-to-end omnichannel campaigns, including planning, asset coordination, and deployment.
- Drive continuous optimization through extensive A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate on strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with product and business goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital or lifecycle marketing with a strong focus on building and optimizing automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with email and/or push notifications for mobile and web products.
- Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Experience working with at least one major ESP or marketing automation platform.
- Strong understanding of user segmentation principles, lifecycle logic, and data-driven personalization.
- Confident use of analytical and database tools to evaluate campaign performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience working in the wellness / health & fitness domain.
- Hands-on experience with both email and push notifications across web and mobile products.
- Experience in monetizing web traffic, including conversion funnels and CRM-driven revenue flows.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based business models.
- Experience launching CRM flows, features, or monetization initiatives from scratch.
