Integration Specialist Co-Op

TL;DR

Integration Specialist Co-Op: Supporting hardware/software integration and implementation for flight simulator platforms with an accent on OS and software deployments, cyber security posture enforcement, and troubleshooting. Focus on developing scripts and tools, applying object-oriented design, and understanding configuration management principles.

Location: Onsite (Tampa, Florida, USA). Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

What you will do

• Support hardware/software integration on a variety of flight simulator platforms.
• Perform OS and software deployments.
• Enforce cyber security posture.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Develop scripts and tools.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's degree (or higher level) college/university program majoring in an Engineering discipline, preferably Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with C++ and/or C# programming languages.
• Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of Object Oriented Design (OOD) and Configuration Management.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
• Must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python programming language.
