• Lead the design strategy and execution for acquisition and onboarding workflows, ensuring user-friendly and accessible experiences.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, communicating ideas effectively across teams.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all aspects of product design.
• Drive iterative design, incorporate feedback, and stay updated with industry trends to elevate design competencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.
• Proven experience in designing for diverse audiences, with an emphasis on accessibility and inclusivity.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and user-centered methodologies.
• Demonstrable knowledge of usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
