What you will do

• Lead user research, usability testing, and workflow discovery for dashboards, alerting, diagnostics, and AI-driven insights.
• Design data-rich, scalable interfaces optimized for complex multi-environment deployments.
• Create visualizations and workflows unifying metrics, logs, traces, and topology into a consolidated enterprise view.
• Improve real-time alerting UX for enterprise triage, cross-site incident correlation, and rapid response.
• Develop interaction models for agentic AI within an enterprise operations context.
• Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and final designs ensuring cross-product coherence and enterprise-grade expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product design or UX for SaaS or Fintech products.
• A strong SaaS portfolio with case studies demonstrating problem, process, design, and business impact.
• Deep experience in data analytics and visualisation, guiding users to insight.
• Expert Figma skills and design-system experience (components, variants, Auto Layout).
• Comfortable with user research: interviews, task analysis, and usability testing.
• Excellent interaction and visual design, delivering effortless interfaces.

Nice to have

• Experience in monitoring or observability.
• Experience designing dashboards for expert users.
• Basic front-end or prototyping skills.
