TL;DR
Expert Product Designer (Member Enrollment): Own and optimize the web-based enrollment flow shaping members' first interaction with 's AI Care platform with an accent on conversion, usability, and accessibility. Focus on running iterative design cycles, translating data insights into improvements, and collaborating with PM, engineering, and growth designers.
Location: Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal (Porto). Remote or Hybrid work policy.
Salary: €51,240 - €80,520 a year

What you will do
- Own and optimize the enrollment flow end-to-end;
- Run iterative design cycles focused on conversion, usability, and accessibility;
- Translate data insights and user feedback into design improvements;
- Collaborate with PM, Tech Lead, engineering, and Growth designers;
- Support and evolve components in the design system;
- Balance speed with scalable solutions using AI tools thoughtfully.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product design focused on flows, funnels, or conversion-driven work;
- Portfolio showing impact with metrics and process narrative;
- Pro-level Figma skills and fast prototyping;
- Strong accessibility knowledge (WCAG) and inclusive design;
- Ability to read/interpret data and understand design systems;
- Thoughtful use of AI in design process and experience designing AI-led products.
Nice to have
- Experience with onboarding/enrollment/signup flows;
- Background in growth teams or conversion environments;
- Frontend knowledge and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel);
- Side projects or healthtech experience.
