What you will do

• Assist with timely and accurate customer invoicing and support the collection of payments.
• Communicate effectively with customers to help resolve payment issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and address payment-related challenges.
• Monitor A/R metrics, focusing on Aging and DSO, and contribute to improvements.
• Support the development and implementation of A/R policies, ensuring adequate controls.
• Contribute to the automation and improvement of Accounts Receivable processes.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business management, finance, or a related field.
• Some experience or academic exposure to Accounts Receivable or Accounting.
• Possess an international and multicultural mindset with eagerness to work with global teams.
• Proactive, open to learning, and unafraid to propose new ideas.
• Must be able to work on a hybrid model from Madrid, Spain.
• Proficiency in Spanish required for daily client interactions.
