What you will do
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance and analyzing deviations.
- Be responsible for reporting to the Company Committee, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements.
- Model complex financial scenarios and provide deep-dive analysis on KPIs and profitability using Excel.
- Act as the internal owner of NetSuite, designing the system and identifying bottlenecks in the finance cycle.
- Create automations and workflows within NetSuite to eliminate manual tasks and ensure data integrity.
- Translate financial data into actionable insights for the Management Team and collaborate on efficient financial processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, FP&A Manager, or similar role.
- Crucial background in NetSuite implementation or heavy customization (like an Implementation Consultant Lead).
- NetSuite Expert: ability to build saved searches, workflows, and customize forms.
- Excel Master: comfortable with macros, complex modeling, and handling large datasets.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and consolidation.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (essential for reporting).
