What you will do

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance and analyzing deviations.
• Be responsible for reporting to the Company Committee, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements.
• Model complex financial scenarios and provide deep-dive analysis on KPIs and profitability using Excel.
• Act as the internal owner of NetSuite, designing the system and identifying bottlenecks in the finance cycle.
• Create automations and workflows within NetSuite to eliminate manual tasks and ensure data integrity.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for the Management Team and collaborate on efficient financial processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, FP&A Manager, or similar role.
• Crucial background in NetSuite implementation or heavy customization (like an Implementation Consultant Lead).
• NetSuite Expert: ability to build saved searches, workflows, and customize forms.
• Excel Master: comfortable with macros, complex modeling, and handling large datasets.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and consolidation.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (essential for reporting).
