What you will do

  • Lead and scale KYCB operations for Italy, Spain, and Portugal, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage and develop a team of Team Leads, fostering high performance and growth.
  • Drive operational performance to achieve targets for conversion, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Managing Director to align operational execution with Southern European strategic growth goals.
  • Oversee BPO relationships and external partners, especially for the Italian market.

Requirements

  • ~10+ years of professional experience, with at least ~3 years managing people managers.
  • Strong background in Fintech or Payments, with deep expertise in KYC, KYB, and AFC (Anti-Financial Crime) regulations.
  • Experience managing BPO partners and scaling operations in a high-growth environment.
  • Structured problem-solver capable of navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (C1 equivalent). Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
