What you will do

• Champion the user voice, identifying organizational, technical, product, design, and data gaps to unlock improvements.
• Shape product vision and strategy by leveraging deep knowledge of the user and competitive landscape.
• Build, prioritize, and manage a product roadmap, working across design and development teams.
• Align and influence stakeholders, contributing to a department-wide culture of inclusivity.
• Communicate complex product concepts and strategies with clarity.
• Work with engineering and data science leaders to drive improvements using the latest technologies.
• Leverage data analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact products.
• Demonstrated ability to set and align long-term vision for products cutting across multiple workstreams.
• Deep understanding of technology trends, including AI/ML applications in product development.
• Strong business acumen with experience in financial modeling and driving product profitability.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
