What you will do
- Champion the user voice and identify organizational, technical, product, design, and data gaps to unlock improvements.
- Shape a long-term product vision and strategy using deep knowledge of users and the competitive landscape.
- Build, prioritize, and manage a product roadmap, turning vision into clear requirements and working across multiple teams.
- Align and influence stakeholders inside and outside the product team.
- Craft clear, concise, and organized communication to convey complex product concepts and strategies.
- Work with engineering and data science leaders to drive improvements using the latest technologies.
- Leverage data analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact products.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to set and align long-term product vision across multiple workstreams with strong storytelling capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy in a B2C product environment.
- Deep understanding of technology trends, including AI/ML applications in product development and a demonstrated ability to push for better AI adoption.
- Experience leading 0→1 product launches, bringing teams along through ambiguity, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
