What you will do

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and refine product requirements.
• Create and update documentation, including UI/UX mockups, database dictionaries, workflows, and APIs.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and timelines.
• Collaborate with the Snr Product Manager, CRM team, and end-users to ensure new features are fully tested and signed off.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for system improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and documentation, working with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DB SQL & API Integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fast-paced tech or cybersecurity company.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
