TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Enterprise): Driving adoption, retention, and expansion of hirify.global's product for enterprise customers with an accent on educating customers and partnering with sales for renewals and expansions. Focus on identifying opportunities for growth, mitigating churn, and improving customer outcomes.

Location: London, United Kingdom, with required in-office work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

What you will do

  • Drive onboarding, adoption, utilisation, and growth for specific customer accounts.
  • Learn the product inside and out, helping customers achieve business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify customers not maximizing product use and create action plans.
  • Partner with the Sales team on accounts to expand use cases and ensure successful renewals and expansions.
  • Innovate and iterate on Customer Success programs to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn.
  • Document and share key findings and learnings with the broader hirify.global organisation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience at a fast-growing software company with a track record of high achievement.
  • Highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing business and industry.
  • Possess a growth mindset, viewing setbacks as learning opportunities.
  • Strong intrinsic motivation to be a top performer and contribute to a team.
  • Ability to understand situations from perspectives other than your own and help others succeed.
  • Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

Nice to have

  • Experience training users of SaaS products.
  • Experience working with user communities.
  • Experience as an early customer success hire at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical chops.
  • Experience using hirify.global.
  • Experience using tools like Gainsight, Outreach, and Salesforce.
