What you will do
- Manage a book of commercial accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure customer success.
- Guide customers through the lifecycle, driving adoption and value realization.
- Collaborate with Onboarding and Account Executives to manage customer data and activity.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and support revenue retention.
- Serve as a customer champion and advocate, increasing awareness of customer needs.
- Translate technical terms for customers and facilitate effective software utilization.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience managing a book of business in a SaaS or Tech Customer Success role.
- Effective communication skills over email, phone, and video calls.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals and businesses in effectively utilizing software.
- Experience collaborating with C-Level executives and navigating diverse stakeholder needs.
- Proven experience in managing revenue retention and driving tool adoption.
- Ability to synthesize and accurately log findings from customer discussions and metrics.
