Focus on proactively engaging with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives.

What you will do

  • Manage a book of commercial accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure customer success.
  • Guide customers through the hirify.global lifecycle, driving adoption and value realization.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding and Account Executives to manage customer data and activity.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and support revenue retention.
  • Serve as a customer champion and advocate, increasing awareness of customer needs.
  • Translate technical terms for customers and facilitate effective software utilization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience managing a book of business in a SaaS or Tech Customer Success role.
  • Effective communication skills over email, phone, and video calls.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals and businesses in effectively utilizing software.
  • Experience collaborating with C-Level executives and navigating diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Proven experience in managing revenue retention and driving tool adoption.
  • Ability to synthesize and accurately log findings from customer discussions and metrics.

Nice to have

  • Personal experience with hirify.global or another password manager.
