What you will do

• Own regional execution of workplace investigations, accommodations, and corrective actions, ensuring compliance.
• Lead and contribute to global HR and People Relations process improvement projects.
• Serve as the escalation point for high-risk and sensitive employee relations matters.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on regional People Relations metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner closely with Employment Legal, Business Integrity Office, and HR leadership to address complex challenges.
• Drive consistency in the application of global policies, practices, and procedures across the region.

Requirements

• Proven experience in People Relations, Employee Relations, or HR leadership roles in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of HR and PR practices, policies, and employment laws across multiple US states, Canada, and Mexico.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and present key insights to executive audiences.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and develop practical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and global teams.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive and high-risk cases with discretion and professionalism.
• C2+ level Spanish proficiency required.
