What you will do
- Ensure timely client subscription renewals and product sales.
- Drive net revenue growth by securing client loyalty and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Proactively identify and resolve at-risk client concerns to ensure retention.
- Liaise with operational teams to deliver unified solutions and drive internal alignment.
- Guide clients on subscription details and serve as a direct point of contact.
- Maintain accurate client information in the CRM database and support ad hoc initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in a quota-carrying renewal/sales role.
- Strong client-facing acumen and comfort with proactive commercial conversations.
- Excellent communication skills, including managing escalations and difficult conversations.
- Proven track record in preventing churn.
- Proficient in handling a high volume of accounts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
