What you will do

• Act as the dedicated partner for technology solutions and services for hirify.global Investment Platform and hirify.global Financial Planning.
• Build and manage strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide effective technology solutions.
• Align technology strategy and roadmap with business vision.
• Support coordination, prioritisation, and visibility of technology projects.
• Ensure quality, reliability, security, and performance of business applications.

Requirements

• Strong technology background with significant experience managing technical teams and deliverables.
• Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders and driving consensus.
• Proven experience driving innovation and challenging the status quo.
• Credible experience of complex technology delivery and managing third-party suppliers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of risk context and risk appetite.
