What you will do

• Deploy, manage, and maintain hirify.global's Apple Mac computers and provide user support.
• Manage and maintain IT equipment at the London office, including networking, video conferencing, and event/studio spaces.
• Manage and maintain user accounts across SaaS products (Google Workspace, Okta, Notion) ensuring productivity and data security.
• Maintain compliance evidence of onboarding, offboarding, and device management in line with relevant industry certifications.
• Review IT vendor relationships for security and compliance, maintaining evidence for hirify.global’s ISO 27001 control system.

Requirements

• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Apple Mac hardware and MacOS at scale.
• Experience managing SaaS software via SSO solutions.
• Experience working with and assisting a technical team with IT issues.

Nice to have

• Experience working with MDM and EPP/EDR solutions.
• Experience deploying and maintaining typical office LAN solutions, both wired and wireless.
• Experience with video conferencing and other AV hardware.
• Experience maintaining compliance evidence (e.g. for ISO27001 or SOC2).
