What you will do

• Manage device provisioning, endpoint management, and network services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues, continuously improving IT policies and best practices.
• Oversee cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and security tooling.
• Lead IT projects, from system implementations to upgrades and integrations.
• Define and maintain the IT roadmap aligned with company growth and corporate readiness.
• Collaborate with People/Operations on onboarding/offboarding workflows and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT operations, infrastructure management, or related roles.
• Proven track record in startups or high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing IT systems, security tooling, and internal processes.
• Strong knowledge of networking, systems administration, cloud identity & access management (Azure AD/Entra ID, group policies, SSO).
• Experience with device management tools (MDM/Intune/DEP, JAMF or similar).
• Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance frameworks.
