TL;DR
Finance Systems Administrator (SAP): Maintaining day-to-day operation and control of financial payment systems (SAP, Yooz, Horizon), including user access, master data, and workflows with an accent on month-end system activities and ensuring data consistency across systems. Focus on supporting portfolio growth and system changes while maintaining stable business as usual operations.
Location: Hybrid role based in London, GB, requiring an average of 3 days in the office per week.

What you will do
- Keep core finance systems running smoothly and provide day-to-day support.
- Support month-end activities across finance systems, including ledger open/close and issue resolution.
- Manage system set-up, master data, supplier onboarding, and user access.
- Own purchase order and invoice approval workflows.
- Support system changes, migrations, and ensure data consistency through checks and reconciliations.
- Help design, test, and roll out improved workflows, access models, and controls.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering finance or other business-critical systems is essential.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes and controls (e.g., general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations).
- Experience supporting system change, enhancement, or migration activities.
- Comfortable working directly with Finance and Asset Management teams.
- Strong attention to detail with a control-focused mindset.
- Clear, pragmatic communication skills in English are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise finance systems like SAP, Yooz, or Horizon.
- Experience in asset-backed, infrastructure, or investment management environments.
- Familiarity with segregation of duties frameworks, audit processes, or regulated environments.
