Account Manager (Web Games) (Game Partnerships): Managing a portfolio of web game developers and improving game performance on the Poki platform with an accent on developer relationships, data-driven strategy, and commercial growth. Focus on building partnership roadmaps, coordinating product, data, support, and marketing teams, and solving complex priorities across multiple accounts.
Location: Hybrid work with time split between home and the office in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Work from anywhere is available for up to 4 weeks per year.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-potential game developers and build strong, long-term partnerships.
- Assess game performance and use platform data to guide decisions, priorities, and growth opportunities.
- Help developers improve performance, launch new games, and define partnership roadmaps.
- Coordinate with product, data, developer support, and marketing teams.
- Manage priorities, expectations, and workflows across multiple accounts with different needs.
- Conduct developer check-ins and provide additional direction when accounts require attention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or partnerships, with experience managing complex stakeholders and high-potential relationships.
- Solid knowledge of games or digital products, including the ability to advise on design choices, updates, and strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to ground decisions and conversations in data.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with creative teams.
- Strong ownership and proactive decision-making across internal teams.
Nice to have
- Experience working with game studios, publishers, or developer communities.
- Familiarity with web games, free-to-play models, or ad-based monetization.
- Experience collaborating with international partners or cross-cultural teams.
