What you will do

  • Own A/B testing and personalization strategy, execution, and analysis across localized websites.
  • Improve lead generation and funnel progression by creating high-performing experiences for global audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Lifecycle, Localization, and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Lead and oversee website overlay strategy, including pop-ups, banners, and chatbot flows.
  • Design, test, and optimize CRO tools such as Drift chatbots, Trendemon pop-ups, and Navattic interactive demos.
  • Use data and experimentation to identify opportunities, scale successful learnings, and continuously improve user experience.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in CRO, growth, or experimentation roles within a B2B SaaS or similar digital environment.
  • Proven experience driving measurable conversion improvements through A/B testing, personalization, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation fundamentals, including hypothesis development, statistical significance, and funnel analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with CRO and engagement tools (e.g., Drift, Trendemon, Navattic or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance, interpret results, and connect experiments to downstream funnel impact.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple initiatives in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • English: B2 required.
