What you will do
- Optimize Email Deliverability, scaling send volume and KPI impact.
- Plan and execute email content strategies to increase sales and retention.
- Build and optimize user journeys and life-cycle campaigns.
- Drive performance optimization through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and other internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of email creation and user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in end-to-end performance-driven email marketing operations in a sales-oriented B2C environment.
- Expertise in email automation tools such as Ongage, Braze, MailChimp, Marketo, and Klaviyo.
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability best practices and performance monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design.
- English: Mother tongue required.
