What you will do
- Own global marketing strategy and budget, driving growth across users, revenue, ROAS, and LTV.
- Build scalable growth systems across user acquisition, creative, and data analysis.
- Lead paid marketing strategy across key channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs) and coach the Performance Marketing team.
- Build and lead the creative function, focusing on top-performing concepts and assets.
- Own brand and social strategy, leading ASO, community building, and creator partnerships.
- Partner with Product, LiveOps, BI, and Monetization teams to optimize player journey and align marketing strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing, including leadership roles in mobile gaming or performance-driven consumer apps.
- Proven experience owning multi-million dollar marketing budgets and scaling growth across multiple channels.
- Hands-on understanding of performance marketing platforms and creative performance frameworks.
- Strong team leadership experience (hiring, mentoring, org-building).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
