What you will do
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, X, Snap, Google, and other platforms, translating the outcomes into easy-to-understand results.
- Collaborate with product marketing, branding, and analytics teams to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising platforms and integrate applicable features into the team’s strategy.
- Mentor and support junior team members, enhancing their skills in performance marketing practices.
- Lead unique projects in the areas of growth, performance, and user acquisition, driving innovative strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance-based user acquisition.
- Be a strategic thinker who can develop and implement long-term marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Be confident in presenting campaign results, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Have innovative ideas and use out-of-the-box thinking to develop and implement creative distribution strategies.
