- Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns to meet target KPIs and monthly goals.
- Maintain daily communication with partners to improve campaign performance.
- Contribute to creative strategy for campaign success.
- Analyze performance data, generate reports, and track key metrics.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making to refine strategies and maximize results.
Requirements
- Highly driven, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- 3+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Manager in a gaming company.
- Experience & proven track record in running various mobile user acquisition channels, including social networks, DSPs, rewarded videos, SDK Networks, Incentivized, and more.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Extraordinary interpersonal skills for relationships with media partners.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
