What you will do

  • Map decision-making units and build multi-threaded relationships with executives and technical directors.
  • Lead commercial conversations for renewals and expansions, quantifying ROI and negotiating scope.
  • Build scalable enablement assets and train customer champions for self-service.
  • Provide structured feedback on ML model quality and translate customer feedback into prioritized product recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success with a solid grasp of AAA animation pipelines and Motion Matching.
  • Deep domain expertise in game animation and ability to articulate hirify.global’s differentiation to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong risk management, anticipating churn signals and driving proactive intervention.
  • Technical fluency in customer animation pipelines and ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Proactive collaboration with Product, ML, and Engineering to influence sprint priorities.

Nice to have

  • Capability to drive expansion revenue targets and forecast with commercial rigor.
  • Ability to define quality benchmarks per customer and bridge subjective animator feedback to actionable ML improvements.
  • Strategic mindset to shape account strategy at a portfolio level and act as the "voice of the customer" to leadership.
