What you will do

• Set and protect the hiring bar for critical roles while evolving hiring standards and guidelines.
• Mentor senior recruiters to elevate overall TA capabilities.
• Analyze and interpret hiring data to measure the impact of TA initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-impact talent acquisition, preferably within tech or product organizations.
• Exceptional sourcing, assessment, and calibration skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
• Systems-oriented mindset with a focus on improving organizational processes.
• Track record of building pipelines for both active and passive candidates and successfully closing offers.
• Proficiency in data analysis and maintaining ATS accuracy.
