What you will do
- Lead organisation design workstreams within large and complex transformation programmes.
- Shape organisational design approaches and develop operating models, organisational structures, governance, and role clarity.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a senior advisor on organisational choices.
- Own the quality and consistency of organisational design deliverables and manage risks within delivery.
- Coach and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants within organisational design teams.
- Contribute to the development of organisational design capability, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading organisation design and operating model engagements.
- Proven track record of leading workstreams within complex consulting programmes.
- Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.
- Background in consulting or a comparable internal organisational design role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- English: B2 required.
