What you will do

• Lead organisation design workstreams within large and complex transformation programmes.
• Shape organisational design approaches and develop operating models, organisational structures, governance, and role clarity.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a senior advisor on organisational choices.
• Own the quality and consistency of organisational design deliverables and manage risks within delivery.
• Coach and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants within organisational design teams.
• Contribute to the development of organisational design capability, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading organisation design and operating model engagements.
• Proven track record of leading workstreams within complex consulting programmes.
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.
• Background in consulting or a comparable internal organisational design role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• English: B2 required.

• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
