What you will do

• Lead complex organisation design and operating model engagements or major workstreams.
• Shape OD approaches aligned to client strategy, context, and operating environment.
• Lead the design of organisational structures, governance models, roles, and accountabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Executive and HR leaders.
• Own delivery quality, rigour, and outcomes across OD engagements.
• Lead, coach, and develop OD consultants across multiple engagements.

Requirements

• Deep organisational design expertise and significant experience leading OD and operating model engagements.
• Proven track record leading complex consulting programmes or workstreams.
• Senior client advisory capability, experienced in advising executive-level stakeholders.
• Structured problem-solving and excellent facilitation skills for high-stakes workshops.
• Background in consulting or senior in-house organisational design/transformation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
