Location: Hamburg, Germany, with opportunities for remote work.

What you will do

  • Build, align, and execute Sales and Service CRM strategy across hirify.global Group.
  • Run hands-on project management with internal business, IT, and external partners.
  • Challenge and improve business processes to best support Sales and Service Teams through CRM.
  • Drive global CRM user adoption and promote its benefits within the organization.
  • Take end-to-end ownership for CRM-related workstreams focused on Sales and Service within Salesforce.
  • Define clear functional specifications for user stories and align CRM enhancement roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Service Cloud technology projects or equivalent CRM setup.
  • Proficiency in CRM, preferably Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or similar adjacent technologies.
  • Ability to work and succeed in projects with colleagues of different hierarchies through strong communicative and people skills.
  • Team player with a hands-on and agile mentality.
  • Fluency in German and English in both verbal and written communication.

Nice to have

  • Fast-paced corporate setup and/or IT/strategy consulting background.
  • Experience in sales/service functions.
  • Proven learning journey track record, e.g., Salesforce/similar certification/training.
