Location: Hybrid Germany, Onsite Munich, Onsite Cologne, Hybrid Spain, Remote Austria. Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich (minimum one month), the role will be based remotely. Team members are highly encouraged to join in Zurich at least once a month — these visits are financially supported by hirify.global.

What you will do

• Own the implementation journey end-to-end — from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Translate complexity into clarity — design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers’ unique processes, and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
• Be the client’s trusted partner — anticipate needs, surface insights, and ensure they realise the full potential of hirify.global’s automation.
• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption.
• Feed the product loop — translate feedback into long-term improvements to continuously evolve our platform.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills — you can translate business needs into technical action.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
