What you will do

• Lead the quotation phase for project management services, defining project procedures and calculating efforts for customer-specific implementations.
• Create customer-oriented descriptions of project management services and present project approaches to stakeholders.
• Act as a key interface between customers, sales, suppliers, architects, and engineers within the BID process.
• Manage major projects in the bidding phase across the entire hirify.global service portfolio, including outsourcing.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Project Manager in large/medium projects and in project sales.
• Proven experience in infrastructure or software development projects.
• Strong methodological competence in project management and quotation preparation.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English language skills (German a plus).
• Communicative, persuasive, and committed personality with strong social skills.
• Good knowledge of the Romandie market is highly beneficial.
