📍 Kraków, Poland | Hybrid (50% office)

About LoopMe
LoopMe is looking for a People Business Partner to fully own and drive people initiatives across its Tech, Engineering, Product, Data Science & Operations functions.

You’ll partner closely with Polish and cross-border leaders, while collaborating with the Global People team to strengthen engagement, performance, and compliance — with a strong focus on supporting both Polish and Ukrainian workforce populations.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnership: Align HR strategy with business goals across Tech & Product functions
Employee Relations: Act as the main HR contact for managers and employees, handling complex ER cases and ensuring fair policy application
Performance Management: Guide OKR setting, feedback cycles, development conversations, and performance improvement plans
Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and support technical growth initiatives aligned with market expectations
HR Analytics: Use workforce data to provide insights on turnover, engagement, and cross-border dynamics
Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with Polish labour law and Ukrainian workforce considerations; adapt policies accordingly

What You Bring
— 3–5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in an HRBP or similar role
— Experience supporting Tech, Engineering, or Product teams
— Strong knowledge of Polish employment law
— Familiarity with Ukrainian workforce dynamics (highly valued)
— Experience working with HRIS and data analysis tools
— Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills
— Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
