Workday Integration Specialist (Workday)

Workday Integration Specialist (Workday): Managing multiple integrations of hirify.global Digital products with client 3rd party platforms with an accent on SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and other larger ATS/HRIS systems. Focus on supporting the implementation of Workday Built On Apps, assessing client requirements, and developing integration plans.

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States. Specific pay transparency information is provided for residents of New York, Colorado, California, Washington, Hawaii, District of Columbia, New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Massachusetts or Ohio.

What you will do

• Support the integration of hirify.global Digital platforms with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain best practice documentation for integrations.
• Support the implementation of hirify.global Built On Workday Apps with client Workday environments.
• Work with client teams and partners to review and assess functional and technical integration requirements.
• Develop implementation plans to address integration requirements and support the integration work.
• Assess client IT environments compared to hirify.global products technical and security requirements.

Requirements

• High-level knowledge of multiple business areas and domains including Recruitment and Talent Management.
• Certification with Workday HCM modules including configuration and implementation is required.
• Extensive experience implementing and/or deploying API-based integrations for HRIS platforms is required.
• Experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors integration configurations (Workday Orchestrate, Built on Workday, SAP BTP, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related topic is highly desirable.
