What you will do

  • Lead organizational design workstreams within large and complex transformation programs.
  • Develop operating models, organizational structures, governance, and role clarity.
  • Act as a senior advisor to clients on organizational choices and trade-offs.
  • Oversee the quality and consistency of organizational design deliverables.
  • Coach and develop Senior Consultants within organizational design teams.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational design capabilities and best practices.

Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering organisation design and operating model engagements.
  • Proven track record of leading workstreams within complex consulting programs.
  • Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.
  • Background in consulting or a comparable internal organizational design role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
